Talstok costs from £20 a month for each shop that takes real money, billed monthly. Plans for each kind of shop, with add-ons on top, are being decided. The pricing page will say what each includes once they are. Wix’s plans page, read from the UK, says “Prices do not include applicable taxes”. Monthly-billing prices were not on Wix’s own page. The card fees are Wix Payments’. In the UK, Wix’s till is Wix POS in the Wix app on a phone or tablet, with a £69 card reader plus VAT; the full Wix POS register is for the US only, and which plan Wix POS needs could not be confirmed. Card fees on top, for a shop taking £10,000 a month by card (£6,000 online in 150 orders, £4,000 at the counter in 200 sales): about £224 a month with Wix Payments. With Talstok, the same shop pays Stripe about £120 for its online sales, plus its card machine’s fee at the counter. The growing column buys email marketing, reviews and loyalty, which Talstok does not have. Wix also has its own reviews app and its own loyalty programme. Wix says the loyalty programme is free to set up, and customers can use it on a plan that takes payments. If neither app adds a charge, the growing bill is about £60. A growing shop with Klaviyo, Judge.me and Smile paid about £83 on Wix, though Judge.me’s and Smile’s prices were not confirmed on Wix. With Wix’s own reviews and loyalty apps, it would be about £60 if neither adds a charge. Online, Stripe’s card fee is lower: on 150 orders of £40 a month, £120 against £156 with Wix Payments.
Can I move from Wix to Talstok?
Products can be imported by pasting the text of a CSV file into Talstok’s import screen, in its own columns: handle, title, variant, stock code, price, stock, description, category and barcode. There is no direct import from Wix.
